How do I print my data file created for mail merging

What sort of data file? If the one from the mailmerge wizard, then add the
old mailmerge helper and open the file for editing - see
http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_lab...th_word_xp.htm

Alternatively create a directory merge of all the fields from the same data
source and print that.
