Printing from Word 2007 to Adobe PDF 7.0
When I try to print from Word 2007 to Adobe PDF 7.0 more pages are printed
than selected. Ex. I have a 26-page document that includes blank pages and it also has page numbers (not standard E-1, E-2, ect.). When I select pages 1-16 and print to Adobe PDF 7.0 the outcome is an 18-page document. I then have to go in and delete the extra pages. It happens frequently and is pretty frustrating. Can anyone help me?!? |

Set the Adobe driver as the active printer driver and check the formatting
before you 'print' to PDF. http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting/TextReflow.htm -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Stacy''s Questions wrote: When I try to print from Word 2007 to Adobe PDF 7.0 more pages are printed than selected.
