Default Save As Web --Add Meta tag

I am wanting to add a refresh meta tag to a document published as a web
page. I would like this to occur each time I save the document. I
have the publish configured and working. Now I just need to find out
where I can add the meta tag.

I can not find any location where I can define a meta tag in Word. I
can always go in and edit it manually but others may forget. Any help
would be greatly appreciated. We are using office 2003.

Thanks in advance!!!

Meta tags are defined within the HTMl header.

headanywhere btween here/ahead

Here's google which will surely provide some examples:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=%22meta+tag%22+%
2Brefresh&btnG=Google+Search

As an aside; meta tag refreshes were really never sucessful are rarely used
by webmasters. (with only rare exception).

These changes are best accomplished behind the scenes and server-side.
