I am doing a cover sheet and have a photo I wish to use as a background. How
do I place the background photo on a page and then insert the title and title
page info over it. Thanks

For a small amount of text, the best approach is to leave the picture inline
and insert a text box with No Line and No Fill, formatted as In Front of
Text. For more text, format the photo as Behind Text.
