We're going to need more information than that, I suspect.

What I really don't understand is why people go to the trouble of posting a
request for help, then thwart themselves by not posting a full description
of what they're trying to do. If subject lines were sufficient, then there
wouldn't be a place to inscribe the message itself.

The hyperlinked text is going to reside on page 21... is that correct?
Okay... where will the hyperlink reference reside? Inside the same document?
In an .html file? Somewhere else?

Also relevant is what version of Adobe Acrobat you have. Sometimes you need
to enable links using Adobe's settings (i.e., it might work fine in Word,
but won't work in a .pdf unless you've enabled links).
