Default Change automatic capital letter with copied text?

Word 2003. I am entering text in a table and sometimes usuing "Copy here"
within the table. A capital appears at every text item I insert in a space in
the table. I have to keep changing it to lower case, which is a nuisance. How
do I turn this autoatic capitalisation off?

In Word 2003, click on Tools | AutoCorrect Options | AutoCorrect tab |
uncheck the "Capitalize first letter of table cells" box | OK.
