Default how can I create a book with word 2000

My apologies if I caused confusion - I appreciate that Word 2000 has no
booklet-printing feature; however, my saying that Word "has the facility for
printing a booklet" (as per the link above) may have given the impression
that there was a specific feature. Thanks for clarifying my imprecision...

....and I did acknowledge the heretical nature of my dtp comment
