Default Insert a calculating worksheet in a Form doc?

I developed a Form using Word 2003. In order for users to use the form it
must be locked, but I also need to have an Excel Worksheet embedded to
calculate estimates. Can this be done? If so how. If not, is there is an
alternate method to use both the Forms functionality and the Excel 2003
capability in Word 2003? Please advise.

Create a section for the spreadsheet, and unprotect that section. See:
