Default Adobe PDF Maker Link in MS Word -SJP

Has anyone figured out how to fix the Adobe PDF Maker link from disappearing
or not working when it is there? I have read many forums on this topic but
have yet to see a permenant resolution. I have done the removing of the
approved macros and then re-accepted Adobe Systems macros with temporary
success. That worked for a while, but now when it displays the icon you can
just click it with no executable taking place. The e-mail icon seems to work,
however. This *seems* to only be an issue in Word, because it still works
fine for me when using Excel [I'd gladly trade apps with it though ;o)]. Does
anyone know why this even happens? Thanks in advance!!!

This crops up from time to time, and assuming you have the compatible
version of the add-in installed in the correct folder, then if the problem
continues, it is likely that there is some conflict with another add-in that
is loading after the Adobe add-in. You could check what is loading and when
and see if http://www.gmayor.com/lose_that_adob...at_toolbar.htm helps
by controlling when Acrobat is loaded.
