[Pip Langford]

Hi. I'm having trouble with one of the entries in my TOC - it is displaying
twice (using the same page number), but the heading is not in the document
twice and the words in the heading are not repeated anywhere on the page, but
for some reason the TOC is picking it up twice. Any suggestions would be
welcomed.

You probably have a manual page break before the heading in question. Delete
it and format the heading paragraph itself as "Page break before" (Format |
Paragraph | Line and Page Breaks).
