How to write over a line without creating a space under
I got an e-mailed form that I need to fill.
I need to add the typed letters over empty lines all over the form. But when I type something over the existing lines, the line underneath is erased (the letters replace the lines). How can I type over these lines without erasing them? Thanks in advance. |

Does the file have a .doc or a .dot extension?
If a .dot it's a template & all you may need to do is create a new doc based on it rather than opening the template itself. OTOH, if it's .doc (or a badly designed template) your problem is that the creator of the "form" did not put it together correctly. There isn't much you can do other than redesign the document as a true form... You may not even be able to do that if Protection is involved.
