Default How do I create a heading that runs into the text?

I have a requirement for a thesis that demands that the 4th level heading run
into the subsequent text:

(begin bold)1.1.1.1 Subdivision Heading.(end bold, & heading)(begin normal)
This heading runs into the paragraphs it begins.
