Can you help me in reading a .wpd doc in word 2000.
I see converters all over the place. What actually do I
have to install. No office 2000 disc.

If you download the Word Perfect filters from my web site, you should be
able to open the files in Word. The filters expect to find WP documents with
an extension of DOC, however the filter should recognize the WPF format.
Instructions are included.
It might actually be better if you could beg steal or borrow a Word
2000/Word installation disc to match the version you have installed. The
filters can then be installed from that disc.
