number revised pages
I need to be able to number pages that will be inserted within a chapter
(that uses the chapter number in the page numbering, e.g., 1-1, 1-2, etc.). I want to be able to add multiple pages that show a revised page number. For example, I have five pages to insert after page 2-4. I want to number them 2-4a, 2-4b, etc. Is there a way to do this numbering scheme automatically? I use Word 2003. |

number revised pages
Hi ?B?Sm95Y2U=?=,
I need to be able to number pages that will be inserted within a chapter (that uses the chapter number in the page numbering, e.g., 1-1, 1-2, etc.). I want to be able to add multiple pages that show a revised page number. For example, I have five pages to insert after page 2-4. I want to number them 2-4a, 2-4b, etc. Is there a way to do this numbering scheme automatically? I use Word 2003. No, Word doesn't support this kind of numbering automatically.
