Default Cannot re-select text box

I've inserted a text box. The text appears in page layout. However, I
cannot get the text box to respond to the cursor in order to re-select it for
formatting and/or text changes. Any clues?

Possibly you formatted the text box layout as "behind text"? If so, display
the Drawing toolbar (View | Toolbars | Drawing), click on the Select Objects
tool (the big white arrow at the left end of the Drawing toolbar), and then
click on the text box to select it.
