Default Spanish (mexico) dictionary

The Spanish (Mexico) dictionary dooesn't have simple words like "you"
"medical" "center" Is there a way to upgrade the dictionary?

I would be surprised if it did. Are you saying it doesn't have the Spanish
equivalent of those words?
