Default Word 2007 with Avery 8160 labels

Word 2007 margins for 8160 are off.
I have to adjust them every time.
I'm using Avery standard (not A4) and the Avery easy peel 8160's.
I've had this problem several times with the new software.
Help!

Check that the page sizes in page setup and the printer driver match, that
there is no zoom option set in the print dialog, and that you have not added
a header/footer to normal.dot (check by running Word in its safe mode - (ie
start Word whilst holding the CTRL key).
