[double-click sound not using mouse]

Hello,

I am having trouble keeping my selected toolbars visible after I close a
document and re-open it again.

I open a document. Select to view the outline toolbar. The icons appear, eg.
Update TOC. I close the document. Open it again and the outline toolbar does
not appear. I have to go to: view, toolbars and select outline again every
time I close the document so that it appears when Im working on my document.

I have tried to make a custom toolbar however that does not appear when I
open the document either.

Would someone please assist. Thank-you.

I am running the following:
-MS Windows XP
-MS Office Professional Edition 2003, SP3
