Default can't uninstall language

I have removed Hindi from the Enabled languages in the Office Tools -
Language Settings, but it's still there in Word and when I do Alt Shift to
change to Hebrew I have to go through Hindi first.
How can I get rid of this completely?

Hi ?B?RGViYmll?=,

I have removed Hindi from the Enabled languages in the Office Tools -
Language Settings, but it's still there in Word and when I do Alt Shift to
change to Hebrew I have to go through Hindi first.

You have to remove the language in the WINDOWS regional settings. Alt+Shift
changes the keyboard language...
