It will print, or not, depending on the user's settings to print drawings.
You might want to take a look at: How to set up letterhead or some other document where you want one header on the first page and a different header on other pages. http://www.addbalance.com/word/headersfooters.htm This gives step-by-step instructions. I understand how to make it print or not print, my only problem is that if I
"filesave astemplate" the document when it is loaded on another computer if sets the margins properly but not the backgorund image.. I need a way to attach the image in the template file if possible. If it comes to it our staff isnt that big (20-30) and I could set it up on each computer seperately, but thsi seems the least acceptable option.. perhaps a globally shared template on the network could be implemented, if so is it possible to direct a template to a specific file stored loaclly for the background? In that way I could still have the basketball coaches letterhead and the football coaches letterhead display on each users computer yet use the single template file "Charles Kenyon" wrote: It will print, or not, depending on the user's settings to print drawings.
