Default How can I change a date in labels I create?

I want to set up labels that would have a persons name and two sets of dates
in them that I could change one date and it would then change the dates in
all 30 labels. I want to use them for employee time-cards. Any idea's how
to do this?

Example:
James Henry
10/16/05 thru 10/31/05
