How do I scan a document to my computer to make changes/update. I have
Windows XP.

How do I scan a document to my computer to make changes/update. I have
Windows XP.


Do you have a scanner?

Windows XP is irrelevant, at this point. You need a scanner, and software
to drive the scanner than includes some sort of OCR (optical character
recognition) feature so that it will interpret the scan as text rather than
as a picture. Look in Help/the manual for your scanner and the software
that came with it.
