How do I delete the list of reviewers as shown in the track change option of
Word XP i.e. I do not want the list to include all reviewers when saving a
new "saved as" file.

I believe you need to review the changes and accept or deny them. I'd
suggest turning track changes off at that time as well if you don't want the
changes tracked in the new document.
