Default How do I add more different sets of option buttons to Word?

I would like to add two sets of Options using the option buttons and forms in
Word. For example one option would be whether a respondent is male or female
and the next would be whether the respondent is say, young or old. When I
have one set of options, i.e. male or female it works. However, when I add
the second set of option buttons, it remains connected to the first set and
when I select say Young it also removes the first button selection, say
Female.

I'll assume you inserted the option buttons from the Control Toolbox. If
that's true, visit the Properties dialog of each option button. For all the
buttons in question 1, enter the same value for the GroupName property
(you're free to choose any value, for example Gender). For all the buttons
in question 2, enter a value that's different from the one in question one
(for example, Age). That creates two groups of buttons that work
independently.

For more info, see the "Option Buttons" section of
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/de...dc_activeX.asp.
