Is there a set rule for a header on the 2nd page of a letter.

Example:

2nd Page
Letter to (person)

Default set rule for a header on the 2nd page of a letter

It's very common to have the page number, the date, and the name of the
addressee, but I don't think there's any hard and fast rule.
