add a text box in commondbar

This group is targeted primarily at end-users. If you need more assistance, you should ask in a group that supports programming questions. You'll find more people there who will be able to help you. Office.developer.automation would be one possibility. Or the word.programming group. If you're working with a VB language you could also try in a word.vba newsgroup.
