Accept and reject in track changes
Hi, the previous word version automatically moves the cursor to the next
revised word automatically when I accept or reject changes in track changes option. Current version, I found that I have to move to next revised word manually one by one. Do you know whether there is any way that I can move to the next revised word in track change function? I appreciate your help ni advance |

I appreciate your help ni advance Open the Tools Customize dialog to the Commands tab. In the Categories list, select All Commands. In the Commands list, scroll down and find ToolsReviewRevisions. Drag that command out of the Customize dialog, hover the mouse cursor over the Tools menu until it opens, and drop the command below the Track Changes item. It will appear as "Accept or Reject Changes...". Close the Customize dialog. When you choose that command, you'll get the old reviewing bar with the old behavior. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org |
