I use a utility called MegaReplacer to replace text across many docs, but I
need a way to add text into many docs at the same time.

Look into AutoText and AutoText fields.

Otherwise, there is a macro on the MVP FAQ site that is for replacing in all
files in a folder. It can be adapted to doing other things.
