How do I save a document so that tracked changes are shown when i.
I want to e-mail a document to someone so they can review the tracked
changes. I want the changes to show up in red when they open the document. |

You can't control the color used for Track Changes on someone else's
computer (that is controlled by their local settings), but if you have tracked changes in your document, they should be visible on the other end provided that (a) the recipient has the option set to automatically display markup on opening or (b) the recipient selects the option to show the changes on the screen. In your email, point out to the recipient that there are tracked changes in the document and include instructions for displaying them. -- Suzanne S.
