Mail Merge with Info on different lines.
I'm doing a mail merge with an Excel Database. Information about the
employee, his spouse and dependents is on separate lines. All members are listed under the employees social security #. In the merge I need the employees name on the first line, the spouse's name on the next line and dependants' names on separate lines under that. How can I get the merge to pick up the info on the next lines under the employee's social security #, but go to the next social # after it has picked up all dependants? Thanks. |
