Field form which opens a calendar to select date ?
I need to ask people to enter a date, such as their birthdate. I want them to
be able to open a calendar and select the date. I cannot figure out how to do it ? Help gratefully appreciated ! Keith |

There is no form field to do this. The best you can do is a Date text form
