Default Justification in all Styles

A law firm I freelance at once in a while, every document is styled. They
have a macro now where, if needed, you can justify all the styles in the
document. The icon is on the toolbar. Would anyone have any clue as to how
to get the justification in all the styles. Thanks

Most likely, all the styles in the template are based on a single
style (either Normal style or Body Text style), either directly or
indirectly. Then any attributes of the base style that aren't
overridden in the derived styles will "show through", as explained in
http://www.shaunakelly.com/word/styl...esCascade.html.

The icon on the toolbar runs a macro that changes the justification of
the base style. As soon as the base style is set to justified, all the
styles based on it (assuming they don't specify their own
justification) will also become justified.

It would be possible to have a macro that changed the justification of
each style individually, but that would be unnecessary brute force --
much better to work with Word rather than against it.
