Default locate barcode at bottom of address (Env & Labels)

Per USPS, the barcode for the ZIP should be placed BELOW the mailing address,
but I cannot find a way to move it from above the mailing address. Use of
the barcode should be in compliance with USPS. Thanks.

USPS regs do not say anything about the POSTNET code being below the
address. Above the address is perfectly acceptable.
