Copy it to the disc using Windows Explorer (or in the case of CD, your CD
writing software). At the remote location, copy it to the hard drive and (in the case of CD) uncheck its read only attribute property before attempting to edit it. reverse the process when finished. NEVER try to save to or read from the removable disc with Word. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org |
