Tell me why this happening? I can not get rid of it, and it stays on the
document. It's a constant line of dots and when I use my mouse over it I can
move it slightly, but it doesn't disappear, could this be from a virus?

Check that it is not a do leader tab set for this paragraph, or is it a
graphic that is anchored elsewhere. Sometimes replaceing the paragraph with
one in the Normal style is a workround solution.
