Superimpose Two Docs
Hello,
Does anyone know if this is possible. I have got two documents, one is a template for customer statement, the other is the actual data for the statements, with all the data laid out into the correct positions. Is there any way to superimpose the data over the top of the statement template to create one document. The only way round I can think of would be to print all of the templates then put them back into the printer to print the data over the top. I want to avoid this if possible as there are about 2000. Alternatively if anyone knows of any other software that would do this please can you let me know. Kind Regards, Beth |

Sounds like you want a form letter with a merge.

Superimpose Two Docs
If you want to avoid the double print method, if you have access to the
source data that was used to create the documents with the data laid out, then you could use that as a datasource for a mail merge. Alternatively, you may be able to create a macro that would parse those documents to create a data source that could be used for mail merge. -- Hope this helps.
