Default Why don't vertical margins show?

For some reason, the view I now have in Word 2007 for a particular document
does not display the top and bottom margins. That is, the text starts at
the very top of the Word page, and goes all the way to the bottom. This is
in the "print layout" view. If I choose "Full screen reading," the top and
bottom margins are visible. If I look at older documents, the margins are
visible in "print layout." That is, there is white space above and below my
text. I much prefer this but I don't know what changed. Can someone help
me get back to the old display?

TIA
LAS

Move your cursor to the edge of the "page". When the cursor changes shape,
click.

A double-click is required in Word 2007.
