Default Printing labels

The top row of labels moves down and printing starts on the 2nd row which
messes up the lables all the way down. Used to work fine but now, for some
reason unknown to me, doesn't work now. Have tried different size labels but
none print properly.

It probably is how your printer is picking up the stock. Your rollers maybe
slipping. Is your printer driver current?

Most likely the printer but could also result from having added a header
(even if empty) to Normal.dot.

Default Printing labels

1. You have added a header/footer to normal.dot (rename normal.dot)
2. The page size set in the printer properties doesn't match the page size
of the label sheet.
3. You have a scaling option set in the zoom section of the print dialog
4. Your printer has poor paper handling. Some printers will slip when faced
with label stock and thus are incapable of feeding the label correctly.
Cleaning the rollers in the print path may help.
