Default WordPerfect Template Prompt equivalent

I have used WordPerfect for years but am changing to MS Word 2010. Is ther an equivalent to WordPerfect template prompts in Word? I am making a rent agreement template. When I open the template I would like (as example) to type the tenant name, unit number etc. one time and have it inserted in the various pages. Is there a way to do this without knowing programming language?

There are several ways. For example, you can make use of form fields. See
item 2 at http://gregmaxey.mvps.org/word_tip_p...ting_data.html.
