Default Printing in black & white, most visio diagrams are in colour

About a third of the way through printing my document, just after the first embedded visio diagram, Word 2007 has started printing the remainder of the visio diagrams in colour. The company logo bitmap in the document header is still in B&W. Any ideas why? The printer did run out of paper and prompt me to use an alternative source, but I can't imagine that that would be relevant.

This may not be a Word bug, but a bug in the Xerox driver I suppose. When I click Properties I get a Xerox config dialog which is where I specified B&W.
