Default how do I import a .JAR file into MS Word?

I am doing a course project on network security and it is a .JAR file. To be
able to share my work with my classmates online I need to import my project
into a Word document to coment and explain my work.

Default how do I import a .JAR file into MS Word?

The .jar extension is much like .zip. It is compressed. You will have to decompress
the file before you can use the contents in your Word document.
