Default Cut and paste in Word forms

Hi,

I'm currently using Word 2003 and have created a protected form which I then use to upload data into an Access database.

The form contains many text fields, in which respondents can write large amounts of text. However, it seems impossible to select small sections of written text within the form fields in order to copy and paste it into a different section of the same text field, or to delete it - if the author wanted to re-arrange their sentences for example. The cursor seems to jump either to the start of the text field or to the end of the text field and only allows you to select all the text from the bottom up or from the top down.

Is there any way around this so that users can select bits of text in the middle?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
