Automatically repeat text in footer table in Word 2002
I am a surveyor and I am preparing a report document template which is
divided into about 10 sections. At the bottom of each page my footer is divided into tables. These tables contain my firm's logo and details which will remain the same. There is also space for the address of the property which I have inspected, which of course will change each time I use the template. How can I set up the document so that the address is automatically entered in the footer of each section, once I have entered it in the main text of the report at the beginning of the document ? Thanks..... |

Automatically repeat text in footer table in Word 2002
Hi surveyor,
The simplest method is to apply a unique Style to the paragraph containing just the property address, then use a STYLEREF field in the footer to reference that Style. -- Cheers macropod [Microsoft MVP - Word] "surveyor" wrote in message ... Automatically repeat text in footer table in Word 2002
Thanks so much for your help. You certainly pointed me in the right
direction, and after a bit of 'trial and error' I have managed to sort out my problem. Thanks again.
