Ability to "lock" the position of an image or text box
I have an images and text boxes that I would like to "lock" into position so
text can flow around them. How do I do this? Currently, when I add text above the image or text box, it pushes the image down for every line of text that is added. Help! Thank you, Hillary |

Ability to "lock" the position of an image or text box
Open the Format Picture or Format Text Box dialog and select the Layout tab.
Click on Advanced. On the Picture Position tab of Ad vanced Layout, you can specify an absolute position for the object relative to the page (the default is relative to the paragraph to which the object is anchored). Be aware, however, that you cannot actually anchor the object to the page; it will still be anchored to a given paragraph and will move to another page if that paragraph moves. -- Suzanne S.
