if i display the clip board on the right hand side, when i hit cut or copy,
it flashes a message saying: "Item not collected".

it will still cut the selected text/item, but it doesnt send it to the clip
board. so usually the pats eoption doesnt hightlight, or if it does, when you
choose it it doesnt work.

Did you get a solution to this problem? I'm having the same one.

Susan,
i just closed everything down and re-booted the computer and it went back to
normal. i havent had it since. i should have known better, as re-boot seems
to be the answer to most problems.......
