Default "Best" print how do I get there?

There is a way to select "Best" in pages set up or print set up, how do I get
there?

This kind of setting is provided by the printer driver software, so it's
different for every printer manufacturer, and often for different models
from the same company. If you have it at all, the setting will be somewhere
in the dialog you reach by opening the File Print dialog and clicking the
Properties button next to the printer name. From there you'll have to search
around or consult the printer's manual.
