Default Bullets, not wing dings

I am getting wing dings instead of bullets. Do I need to reinstall symbols
and how do I do that?

Mike, did you look at your Format, Bullets and Numbering dialog box? You can
reset to the default entries, or you can customize the bullets (maybe someone
already did that for you) to choose from a different character set or choose
an image as a bullet.
