Default new document with content of existing saved document using file-n

Hi experts,
I am facing a problem in my MS Word software. Whenever I m opening the new
blank document,its coming with some content.
Also while opening new file,its not coming blank document..it shows some
content.. that is of one saved document.
Tell me any soln for it...that soln..
What I have to do regarding this problem to get blank document while opening
new file?
Please help me...
