Word has two features, AutoText and AutoCorrect. They differ mainly in how
they're triggered -- AutoCorrect fires as soon as you type the name of the
entry, while AutoText requires an extra keystroke. See

AutoCorrect and AutoText. Look these up in help. They serve similar purposes
but work differently.
