How do I print a Word 2003 document in Word 2007?
I bought a new laptop recently with the trial version of Office 2007. The
software is properly installed and I can view documents and write in Word 2007, however I can't print. I checked the printer, it's properly installed. Here's what happens when I try to print a file: The file is in DOC format so when I click print a window pops up suggesting I save the file in another format. But it doesn't help if I change the format, still nothing comes out of the printer, and the computer asks me again to change the file format. What shall I do? I can't hand in a single schoolwork because fo this and I'm going to get in major trouble if I don't figure it out soon. Please help!!!! |

Are you sure you have the printer selected as the default printer? Go to the
Print dialog (Ctrl+P) and see what printer is selected. It sounds as if you have an image printer (fax, PDF, or the like) selected. -- Suzanne S. You may need an updated printer driver - check the mfr's web site.
